Learn. Advise. Connect.

Leadership is a practice you return to, not a course you complete.

Learning Philosophy

The School of Leadership Practice exists to close the gap between what leaders know and what they actually do. Every program combines expert-led content with experiential formats: case studies, live simulations, personal diagnostics, and peer coaching. Insight turns into practice before participants leave the room. Cohorts are small by design, faculty are internationally recognized, and each experience is built to sharpen judgment, not just add knowledge.

THE CURRICULUM

Four domains. Every stage of leadership, covered. Each program stands on its own

Govern with Authority

Board Practice & Directorship Development

The School’s flagship track. A certified route for CEOs, MDs and senior GMs who sit on boards, chair them, or intend to. Built on Henley Business School research across 12,500 organizations and 5,000 boards.

Lead Yourself

The MasterClass series

High-intensity MasterClasses on the personal instrument of leadership: the inner wiring that shapes how you lead and how you’re seen. One or two days, led by a leading expert.

Multiply Others

Labs & applied experiences

Immersive, experiential formats aimed at the leader’s effect on everyone else. Grounded in data, tied to both individual and organizational outcomes, and built around simulation rather than instruction.

Lead the Future

Growth, change & artificial intelligence

The forward edge of the curriculum, evolving with whatever comes next in leadership. Built to anticipate change in growth, technology and AI, not follow it. New pressures land here first.

THE VALUE FOR A CEO

What you actually leave with.

Not a certificate on the wall. Six things that show up in how you decide, govern and lead.

A room only senior peers anter

Programs are offered exclusively to Club members, with cohorts kept small enough for genuine debate, not passive listening.

Academic rigor, practitioner reality

A mix of academics and practitioners, Greek and international, teaching side by side.

Applied tools, built to be used, not shelved

Simulations, live case work and 90-day action plans calibrated to your own business.

Certification, and where it matters, accreditation

Every completed program carries a certificate. On selected tracks, that certificate carries recognized external accreditation.

A curriculum that grows with you

8 programs, 16 courses across four domains, so as your role changes over the years, there's always a next one waiting.

Curated uniquely for the Club's members

Both subject and structure are shaped around the Club's members, not a generic audience.

Upcoming Programs

Rooted in this philosophy, our programmes are designed for CEOs navigating real decisions.

Facilitators

We do not compromise on who stands in the room.
