Georgia Kartsanis founded CEO Clubs Greece in 2009, drawing on years of experience as a successful entrepreneur, with business activity spanning Greece and beyond. Her vision, to give Greek CEOs a space to lead and grow without the isolation the role often brings, shaped the Club from its earliest days and guided it through periods of real uncertainty and sustained growth.
What CEO Clubs Greece offers today, its standing, the trust it has built, and the direction it takes, exists because of that vision. As President, she continues to shape it directly, from strategy to the everyday experience of its members, contributing to how leadership itself is evolving in Greece.

George Sagonas has led CEO Clubs Greece as General Manager since 2012, one of the longest continuous tenures at the Club. His responsibility covers the Club’s growth in the fullest sense, bringing in new members, building the partnerships that support its work, and ensuring every program delivers real value long after someone joins.
His years of relevant experience before the Club built a strong network across Greek business, one that now supports the Club’s own growth and development.

Alex Athanassoulas has been part of CEO Clubs Greece since its earliest days, one of its founding members. As Vice President of Members’ Experience, he works to strengthen the bonds members build with each other, turning a shared membership into real, ongoing relationships between peers.
It’s work grounded in his own experience: three decades building relationships across nearly 30 countries, in a career defined by connection as much as consulting.

Polydefkis Loukopoulos serves as Vice President of Education and Learning, a role he has held across many years of active membership. Alongside the Founder, he has been the driving force behind the Club’s own School of Leadership Practice, turning academic theory and research into leadership development grounded in real practice, and built around the challenges Greek CEOs actually face today.
His own doctorate, earned at Université Paris Dauphine (PSL), sits alongside years leading Signify’s operations across Greece, Israel, Cyprus, and Malta, a rare combination of academic depth and real operational command.

Dimitris Michopoulos has shaped the Club’s public presence, serving as Vice President of Reputation. His role is to ensure that the way CEO Clubs Greece is perceived by members, partners, and the public reflects the Club’s vision and values.
His experience advising prominent leaders and organizations worldwide on reputation and crisis management, gives him a rare vantage point on how that expertise can strengthen an organization’s mission and amplify its impact.
